Oceanside Escape embodies the natural seaside elements of surf, sand, and sky through its intentional design. The feng shui floor plan creates a harmonious flow, seamlessly integrating the kitchen, dining, and living rooms within this open-concept interior. Every detail of this space–from its sustainable furnishings to locally handcrafted decor and modern amenities–has been thoughtfully curated to ensure a comfortable and stylish stay for up to six guests.
Whether you want to unwind on the cozy queen-sized sleeper sofa, indulge in a movie night on the 55" Roku Smart TV, make use of the zippy fast 500 Mbps WiFi to plan your upcoming adventures, or gather around the dining table for an enjoyable game night, our goal as host is to provide you with the opportunity to do it all. The fully-equipped kitchen ensures easy meal preparation, and to top it off, the local grocery store, ACME Market, is conveniently located within five-miles—making it a breeze to stock up on any supplies you may need during your stay.
Where You Will Sleep
In addition to the living room sleeper sofa, Oceanside Escape provides two private guest rooms, ensuring a comfortable and restful stay. Each sleeping space includes 100% cotton bedding and plush down-alternative pillows. Bedroom 1 features a queen-sized bed and a 40" Smart TV for added entertainment, while Bedroom 2 offers cozy twin beds suitable for guests of all ages. Both guest rooms also include dedicated workstations to cater to your productivity needs. Ample storage space is provided with spacious closets, oversized under-bed drawers, and seagrass storage baskets, allowing you to effortlessly unpack and organize all your belongings.

Enjoy the refreshing outdoors by simply stepping onto the balcony, where you can relax at the outdoor bistro table for two. Just a short 2-minute stroll away, you'll find White Sands Beach; lifeguard-protected (lifeguards are on duty weekends from Memorial Day and daily beginning the second or third week in June until Labor Day) and perfect for spending a day soaking up the sun. With a variety of local businesses just a stone's throw away, you can easily explore the area's top restaurants, shops, and popular attractions by taking a leisurely walk or short drive.

✔ Condo is a second-floor unit and guests will need to climb stairs.
✔ Quiet time hours are 10p to 8a. Please be mindful of our neighbors.
✔ Guests are responsible for bringing their own beach towels and chairs.
✔ This property requires a $500.00 security deposit. It will be collected separately by the property prior to your arrival or at check-in.
Absolutely no smoking, no animals, no parties. No exception! If any guest is found in violation of these HOA rules, you will be fined $250 and all guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund.
