Oceanside Escape is on the 21st Ave beach block. It’s just a short walk to the White Sands Beach entrance—about a 2-minute stroll depending on your pace.

The condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests, which is also the maximum allowed occupancy per our house rules.

There are 2 bedrooms plus a sleeper sofa:

• Bedroom 1: 1 queen bed
• Bedroom 2: 2 twin beds
• Living room: 1 sleeper sofa/futon

Yes we provide bed linens and Turkish bath towels for all guests, beach towels are not included. 

Yes. We provide 4 seasonal beach badges for guest use during your stay (Required Memorial Day > Labor Day). Lost or unreturned badges will incur a replacement fee.

Yes. The condo includes 2 dedicated off-street parking spaces right at the building, one is covered parking. Additional street parking may be available but is not guaranteed.

We do not supply beach gear.

No. Pets and animals are not allowed at Oceanside Escape. This helps keep the home allergy-friendly for all guests and is part of our building’s rules.

No. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the condo or on the balcony. Evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning charges.

Yes. Children and infants are welcome. The condo sleeps up to 6 and includes family- friendly touches like children’s dinnerware and room-darkening shades.

Oceanside Escape is located on the 2nd floor of the building and is not wheelchair accessible. Guests must be comfortable using stairs to access the unit.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots and pans, dishes, utensils, wine glasses, and basic cooking tools.

There’s also an outdoor grill available in the shared area for your use.

Yes, the condo has high-speed Wi-Fi and dedicated workspaces in both bedrooms, plus a laptop-friendly area in the living space, great for remote work or school.

We offer keyless self check-in with a smart lock. A unique access code and full arrival instructions are emailed to you before your stay.

Our standard times are:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM

The exact times for your stay are shown during booking and in your confirmation email. 

When possible, we’re happy to consider early check-in or late check-out. Availability depends on cleaning schedules and same-day turnovers, so please ask a few days before arrival or departure and we’ll do our best.

You can book directly on this website with instant confirmation. Booking direct means no third-party service fees, so it’s usually the best value for your stay.

Our current cancellation terms are shown during the booking process and in your Rental Agreement. Because policies can vary by season or length of stay, please review those details carefully before confirming your reservation.

No parties or events are allowed. Registered guests only, up to the maximum of 6 people. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a reasonable level, especially in the evenings.

If anything isn’t working as expected, please contact us right away. Normal wear and tear happens, and we’d much rather fix something quickly so you can get back to enjoying your stay.
